Job location : Wood land park, ColoradoWe are looking for a few "key" people with really good "sales" skills. Someone that truly understands the importance of maintaining a client data base, and really working that system, as well as enjoys getting out and meeting new people, networking, giving and getting referrals, building relationships. We are looking for people that can help us grow the business.
We are really fortunate to be in a small community, were meeting people and building relationships is perhaps easier than in the large communities, and at the same time having both type communities at our finger tips.
A Colorado real estate licence is required to do both Sales and Property Management, so that is a plus, but we are also willing to wait for the right person to get their license. *
Current agents: building some residual income through the property management side of things can sure help when sales are so volitile. We'd love to have your sales skills applied to the Property Management side of things.
