KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support project managers and sales organization to drive wellsite execution
- Coordinate/intergrat multiple product line services for project in geo-market
- Assist with the development of short and long range operational goals
- Maintain ansd services key project account
- Identify incremental sales opportunities and drives sales process to close
- Handle special projects as assigned
- Ensure that all project operations and procedures adhere to Baker Hughes, customer, and industry quality and HSE standards
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years of work experience
- Knowledge of Project (e.g. MS Project) and Portfolio Management tools (e.g. Clarity, MS Project Server, Primavera).
- Experience as Customer contact at project site
- Ability to analyze KPI specifics (track, evaluate efficiency, optimization, etc.)
- Previous experience working within a Program Management Office.
- Knowledge and experience of the Oil Field, must have hands on experience
- Safety minded– hands on experience participating in safety program and compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills and the ability to influence others.
- Strong multi-tasking skills
