Should be admitted to practice in California.
Qualification:
Should have 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, including review and negotiation of loan documents, leases, title reports, surveys, and purchase and sale agreements, as well as participation in closings of loans and real estate transactions. Law firm experience and in-house experience preferred. Should have 2-3 years of real estate finance experience to join Legal and Regulatory Practice. Should have ability to respond effectively and quickly to clients' needs and issues. Must be highly professional with superior verbal and written communications skills.
