20 minutes from Ada 90 minutes from Oklahoma City 2 hours from Muskogee 2 hours from Tulsa Job Description:
Mix of Adults & Children. See 25 to 30 patients per day. Mainly routine maintenance checks. Will be the only provider on-site. Schedule:
Full Time Monday - Friday:
8am - 5pm No Nights. No Weekends. No On-Call. Compensation:
$85k - $100k Salaried Full Benefit Package. $5k Sign-On Bonus Requirements:
