eTERA Consulting is a nationally recognized data and technology
management, eDiscovery and litigation consulting firm. We are currently
seeking an entry level Data Analyst to join our highly successful Data
Analyst Development Program (DADP) in Washington, DC. The work hours for
this position are flexible but you must be available to work overtime
and weekends if needed. Work hours could also vary given the day-to-day
client project activities and priorities. The starting hourly rate for
this position is $14 with benefits including health care, paid time off,
laptop and cell phone. Career advancement is possible for the right
candidate. To be considered, you must be a U.S. citizen. Roles and
responsibilities will vary but include making client deliveries in the
Washington area, making labels for CDs/DVDs, internal helpdesk
trouble-shooting, loading data onto the eTERA network, copy data onto
CDs/DVDs, maintaining the media tracker database, working with outside
vendors, supporting consultants and project managers, and other data
management assignments as requested. You should have an interest in data
analysis and modeling, statistical analysis, data reporting, and
database administration. This is an ideal position if you are interested
in pursuing a career in data analytics and reporting, technology
management, project management, consulting or litigation support. You
will have an opportunity to learn about managing electronic discovery
from collections to processing to production. The requirements for this
position are: College degree in economics, statistics, math, information
technology or computer science Strong computer, technical and data base
management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work
overtime including weekends; flexibility is key Ability to handle
multiple assignments and pay attention to detail; this is critical
Ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize assignments Ability to
work under pressure with tight deadlines Proven ability to work with
