Responsibilities include:
Handling legal matters in the areas of federal public utility regulatory law, with special emphasis on F.E.R.C and R.T.O
Requirements:
Working collaboratively with internal and external counsel, consultants, and business unit staff on project assignments Drafting and reviewing legal documents Advising internal business clients and Other Company counsel on matters within the attorneys responsibility Providing valuable strategic and business advice Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited university Member in good standing of at least one state bar Minimum 3 years professional work Experience in practicing in high-stakes litigation or administrative law, preferably before federal jurisdiction tribunals Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to understand new areas Benefits and Compensation Company employees are Key to our success.
