It was said by Ch Nisar that Taliban have announced the committee for dialogue with Pakistan. This announcement is positive outcome to start process. But Pakistan Govt. has not yet fully decide the strategy. Strategy will be finalized tomorrow after meeting with Nawaz Sharif PM of Pakistan.
