Job Description:

• You must be educated to a degree level from UK/US/Canada (please DO NOT apply if you are unable to meet this criteria)

• You must be extremely customer oriented and must have experience in customer services or sales for an international client

• Offer exceptional customer services experience to customers with enhanced communication skills

• You are expected to be an efficient communicator, with excellent report writing skills and be able to communicate with the users professionally over the phone and via the email

• You will work closely with the internal technical team, site engineers and 3rd party vendors to ensure the issues reported by the customers are resolved quickly and efficiently

• Co-ordinate technical information to internal and external stakeholders

• Interested in sales and marketing activities such as e-marketing, content creation, improving websites and marketing collateral

• Excellent spoken / written english skills

Desirable:

• Graduate from US/UK/Canada

• Degree in business/marketing will be advantageous

• Experience in telephony systems

• Hands-on experience with security products including open source products.

• Experienced in sales and marketing activities such as e-marketing, content creation and improving websites.
