and Mobile supply chain profitability, including driving operational
improvements and efficiency in the supply chain, while delivering
desired guest experience. Responsible for leading the development of
Multichannel Supply Chain fulfillment capabilities from
conceptualization to implementation. Provides strong leadership that
coordinates the flow of critical information across the company,
particularly between Distribution, Target.com and Mobile, Merchandising,
Merchandise Planning, and Store Operations to support profitability
improvement and Multichannel capability development. Leads talent
development and ensures the development and acquisition of multichannel

you'll take the lead as you - Accountability for Target.com and Mobile
supply chain shipping profitability - Provides supply chain expertise to
help define and execute against desired guest experience - Collaborates
with Target.com and Mobile to define desired guest experience,
balancing guest needs and profitability - Drives strategy and execution
of relevant multichannel distribution initiatives - Strengthens the
overall Distribution organization through developing internal talent and
acquiring top external talent when required Requirements - Experience
managing direct-to-guest fulfillment at a multichannel retailer or
ecommerce company (>$75M in revenue), including experience
in:Optimizing processes in a direct-to-guest fulfillment center
(including warehouse, pick and pack, and shipping); Selecting and
managing carriers for direct-to-guest fulfillment; Managing DVS and 3PL
relationships - Experience building flexible fulfillment capabilities
from conceptualization to full implementation, ideally for a major
multichannel retailer - Experience rapidly testing new capabilities
through pilot programs - Ability to work and coordinate across functions
including ecommerce, merchandising, merchandise planning, store
operations and IT - Understanding of guest needs and expectations in
direct-to-guest fulfillment - Ability to define the right
metrics/analytics to improve/monitor multichannel supply chain
