Provinces had known that they are going to be attacked said Ch Nisar interior Minister

Ch Nisar has said that province were informed about the expected attacks on security forces.
He also said that they had informed about the attacks on sensitive places and installations.
But what does this statement means we do not know when interior ministry had known all this why they did not tried to contact those groups who were going to attack on security forces.
This shows their lack of interest for public security and for security forces.
They should have told to all security forces to be at high alert.
