A leading international telecommunications firm is urgently seeking 2x
TI Engineers for a telco project work in Qatar. Having won a major
contract, they are looking to hire these technicians on long term
contracts (i.e. 12 to 24 months).
The TI Engineer will be responsible for
• Ensuring that 3G/LTE/MW/RTN links/BTS sites, Core and Backbone networks are accepted into the customer network in line with implementation standards as specified.
• Site documentation review and reporting, coordination and inspections
• 3G/LTE/MW/RTN Rollouts and Implementation, Commissioning and Integration
• Providing weekly and monthly reports highlighting status of test and acceptance
• Participating in regular acceptance meeting in order to review all pending items and concerns
• Performing and reviewing CW and TI related PAT/FAT/PAC/FAC test and documentation
• Overall responsibility for ensuring test and acceptance program is agreed and implemented
• Overseeing overall BTS expansion, antenna change, upgrade/downgrade, BTS Sector additions activities
Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 – 3 years of experience as a TI Engineer. Experience of multi-vendor 3G/LTE projects required.
