Responsibilities:
• Understand, analyze and resolve customer issues
• Good Hands on experience on Windows 2003/2008, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, administration
• Receive and respond to customer issues and queries regarding any aspect of our products
• Keep customer informed about the resolution of issues
• Assist in formulating and streaming the support process
• Provide internal training and tech seminars on products to the team on a regular basis
• Experience in Windows OS and File and Print Services, Backup, Monitoring and Management of tools
• Server Hardware: Hands on experience with Server Hardware from any of the vendors & remote connectivity tools
• Knowledge of softwares used at Client Site
• Knowledge on Antivirus, Security Patching
• Knowledge of Server Patching process
• Knowledge of Microsoft clustering
• Good hands on experience on with VMWare ESX platform, Windows 2003/2008 & certification
• Streamlining issue resolution by coordinating with the customers IT resources and the user community
• Hand on experience on network devices like routers, firewall & switches
• Good communication and presentation skills
