Taliban Sura decides and is serious about dialogue

Taliban Sura( Taliban consulting committee)  conference of consultation has said that they take up attacks in Peshwar issue with responsible militant groups. They have said that they will ask them to avoid all such activities as dialogue process in underway.
All this can sabotage dialogue process.
