Experience: 2 to 5 years (preferably motor cycle)
Qualification: DAE (mechanical) or Bachelors in Engineering (mechanical)Industry: Automobile based in Karachi
Additional skills:
Be able to understand English reasonably well
Be able to understand motor cycle parts drawings
Have knowledge and be able to use QC tools.
Be able to use computer for performing basic function
Responsibilities:
Making inspection as per quality standard for all parts (CKD/ Localized parts).
Inspect component parts quality by using inspection standard and inspection tools
Recording of quality data, by using excel, such as parts wise, defect wise, supplier wise and so on.
Summarize in-house process quality data for all of factory.
Manage and control inspection machines, tools, gauges including calibration of Quality instruments
