I.H.C Islamabad high court reinstates the position of Tahir Mehmood as Accountant general of Pakistan Revenues. He was forced to leave his position for a period of three months by Government of Pakistan.
This was started from 13 of January 2014. But he has been restored on his position. It seems now that Justice system has improved much and it is proof of independence of Judiciary.
It is very good decision. Judiciary should made neutral and unbiased decisions.
