To manage a portfolio of regional, national or ecommerce SEO accounts to ensure the following is delivered:
· Successful SEO Rankings and Return on Investment · Consistent High Quality Customer Communication and Reporting · Managing Retention and Growth of Revenue of Portfolio of Customers
Job Description:
· Working directly with clients to create and develop effective strategies which produce exceptional SEO performance. · Regular reporting and communication of SEO performance across client websites - both written and verbal.
·Analysing client websites, analytics and business requirements to identify and develop new opportunities.
· Maintaining high levels of customer retention by building and developing excellent relationships with clients.
· Allocating technical resources effectively within other micro departments to deliver SEO recommendations outlined in strategies.
· Research and development to develop new ways to deliver high levels of SEO performance.
Person Specification:
Successful SEO Account Executives will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
· Articulate and confident communication - both written and verbal - with the ability to translate technical information in a way that clients understand.
· Commercial awareness and business acumen - an understanding of what is necessary to define a businesses goals and objectives from investment into advertising. · Logical and analytical approach with good problem solving skills and an enquiring mind. · Ability to identify and persuasively present both campaign reports and new business proposals .· Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines. · Previous experience within online marketing, account management or sales preferred. · UK Residents or work permit holders only.
